This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.
I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube and close up of choice.
I am using artwork by ZlataM.
A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

Scrapkit of Choice:
Scrapkit PTU Winter Magic by Lexi Creationz Scrapz.
You can purchase this kit here.
Mask of Choice:
I used Vix Mask431 and Mask434 which you can get here.
Font of choice.
Filters needed:
eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name
Don't forget to save often.
LET'S GET STARTED
Open a new image 700x700
C/P Paper1 apply mask434. Merge group.
C/P Paper9 apply mask431. Merge group.
C/P Paper9 apply mask431. Merge group.
C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.
element26 move to the top
element30 resize 55% in the middle of element26
C/P your tube place in the middle
C/P your tube place in the middle
element22 resize 55% place on the right side at the top of element26
element31 place at the bottom on the left side
element11 resize 45%, place at the bottom on the left side, on the left side of the tree
element19 resize 45% place at the bottom on the left side, to the right of the present(element19)
element24 resize 45% and again 45%, place at the bottom on the right side
element28 resize 55% place at the bottom on the left side, to the left of the drink(element24)
element10 resize 45% place at the bottom on the right side in front of the lollipops(element28)
element9 resize 45% place at the bottom on the right side in front of the drink(element24)
Crop merged opaque.
Merge visible. Re-size to desired size.
Add name or saying of choice.
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
