I used WSL_220 which you can get here

 

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name

xero-porcelain

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 800x800

 

C/P frame2  using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper11, selections, invert, hit delete. C/P close up of tube, hit delete. Select none. Arrange tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Change the blend mode of the tube to soft light

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template, shift D to duplicate, close original. Delete by credits, wordart by kristin, pixel wordart, dotted lines and background

 

 

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

C/P HF4 click inside with the magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 5, c/p paper3, selections, invert, hit delete. C/P tube, duplicate. Close the duplicate, click on the original, hit delete. Select none. Move paper and tube under the frame layer. Open the duplicate, bring to top. Erase any part you don't want showing outside the frame.

Open a new image 700x700

 

  layers new raster layer, flood fill with a blue from the tube apply mask 254, merge group

element36 place on the right side at the bottom, duplicate, mirror. merge together, apply mask 345, merge group

c/p your tube place in the center, arrange under the flowers

everything else will be under the flowers layer

element40 place on the right side of the tube, arrange under your tube layer

element43 mirror place behind your tube

element42 resize30% place on the left side on the tree branch

element34 resize45% place on the right side of your tube, arrange above your tube layer

element4 resize45% place on the left side of your tube

element16 resize40% place to the left of the drink

element30 resize55% place to the left of the cupcake

element13 center arrange under your tube layer

merge together, apply mask 345 again, merge group

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P frame1, resize 85%, using your magic wand click inside of the frame, selections, modify-expand by 8. c/p paper2, for left, paper1 for center, and paper3 for right, selections-invert, hit delete. C/P your tube to your liking, hit delete, select none. Move paper and tube below frame. Do the same for the other two frames.Change the blend mode to Luminance(L) for center to and screen for the one on the left and right.

cupcake1 resize35% place in between the left frame and middle frame at the bottom

cupcake2 resize35%, place in between the right frame and middle frame at the bottom

  sneaker resize45%, place to the right of cupcake2, duplicate, mirror

c/p your tube place at the top of the frame

 

flag resize 110%, place behind your tube

 

  ribbon2 resize75%, mirror, place to the left of your tube, under your tube layer, duplicate, mirror

ribbon1 resize75%, mirror, rotate left 15 degrees, place to the left of your tube, under your tube layer, duplicate, mirror

 

firework03 resize55%, mirror,  place in the middle of the flag

firework01 resize55% place with firework03

firework02 resize45%, mirror, place to the right of firework01

firework01 resize45% place with firework02

sparkle1 bring to top place to your liking

frame2 send to bottom, move towards top  

 

c/p paper2 send to bottom, apply mask, merge group, move towards the top and to the left, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror

Crop merged opaque

Merge visible.

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
