This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

I am using artwork by Jose Cano.

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P frame5, using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 6. C/P paper10, selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P close up, hit delete. Select none. Arrange paper and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Change the blend mode of your tube to Soft Light.

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

butterfly scatter01 place on the left side of the frame, duplicate and more to the right side of the frame

c/p your tube place in the middle of the frame at the bottom

compact02 resize 55% place at the top on the left side

brush02 resize 55% place with the compact

brush04 resize 55% rotate left 20 degrees, place with the compact over brush02

  lips02 resize 30% place with the compact

  bear blue resize 55% place on the left side at the bottom

bottle01 resize 40% place at the bottom on the right side

shoe01 resize 40% place at the bottom on the right side, to the left of the bottle

ribbon02 place at the bottom

cupcake02 resize 35% place at the bottom on the left side

cupcake05 resize 40% place at the bottom on the left side to the right of cupcake02

bow03 resize 75% place at the top in the middle

flower03 resize 35% place at the top on the right side, arrange under your tube layer in the layers palette

flower02 resize 30% place a little below flower03

click on top layer

sparkles02 place in the middle

glitter03 place at the top in the middle, send to bottom, duplicate, flip

Crop merged opaque 

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
