This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork  by Keith Garvey. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.  You can purchase this tube here. 

Scrapkit PTU B&W Bling by Inzpired Creationz. 

You can get this kit here.

Font of choice. 

Filters needed: 

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Open a new image 600x250

C/P  paper3, crop merged opaque.

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

wordart2 place to the right, duplicate and place on the left

butterflies2 resize 85% place in the middle then move to the right a little

cityscene1 place at the bottom

 doves resize 35% place at the bottom, add gradient glow-fat white

lips2 resize 30% place at the top on the right side, add gradient glow-fat white

c/p your tube or close up tube place on the left side
 

curtain1 place on the left side move up (see my tag for which part of the curtain to have showing) 

Crop merged opaque

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color gray, selections-select all-contract by 5-hit delete.  Add noise-uniform-80%.  Add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color black, selections-contract by 3-hit delete. Select none. Add drop shadow.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png

FOR AVATAR:

Duplicate tag and crop to 150x150, move the box to a part of the tag that you want the avatar to be. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the color gray, selections-select all-contract by 5-hit delete.  Add noise-uniform-80%.  Add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color black, selections-contract by 3-hit delete. Select none. Add drop shadow.

Merge visible. And save!
