Summer Fling

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork  by Jose Cano.

 A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.You can get Jose Cano's tubes at SATC.

Scrapkit of Choice:

Scrapkit PTU Ace by Lizquis Scraps that matches Jose's tube Ace . Which you can get at SATC.

You can purchase this kit here.

 

Template of Choice:

Template310 by Missy which you can get here.

Font of choice. 

Filters needed: none required

eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

 

Open template, shift D to duplicate, close original. Delete Raster 1, wordart by Missy, pump up the volume, and background

 

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers.

 

c/p your tube place in center

I used paper6 for rectangle 2 move down towards the bottom and bring to top

paper9 for frame2 background, effects-penta-color dot-value53, distance5 everything else default

paper3 for rectangle1

paper4 for gradient background

 

paper8 for circle

 

paper7 for glittered circle add noise, guassian 90%-monochrome checked

paper2 for frame3 background

 

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

 

discoball resize65% place at the top on the left side, send to bottom

click on top layer

 

ipod resize 45% place on the left side at the top over the discoball

 

headphones resize 45% place on the left side at the top a little to the left of the ipod

 

swirlies resize 75% place on the left side at the bottom, duplicate, mirror, place beside the other

 

baby resize 65% place on the left side at the bottom, over the swirlies

 

rainbow-mirror place at the top on the right side, arrange under your tube layer in the layers palette

 

  jean resize 45% place on the right side about middle of the template

 

bra resize 45% place with the jean up and to the left a little

 

sandals resize 45% place with the jean down and to the right a little

lollipop1 resize 45% place at the bottom on the right side

candies resize 65% place at the bottom on the right side to the left of the lollipop

cupcake1 resize 35% place at the bottom on the right side to the right of the candies

sparkles2 place in the middle

Crop merged opaque.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
