This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Roman Zaric

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

Scrapkit of Choice:

Font of choice.

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P frame2, resize 75%,  using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper2, selections-invert. Hit delete.  C/P tube, move more towards the right side of the frame, hit delete.  Select none. Arrange paper, and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Change the blend mode to luminance(L) on your tube.

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

sand resize 90% place at the bottom

 

c/p your tube, mirror, place on the left side of the frame

 

pelican resize 75% place on the left side at the bottom, towards the top of the sand

lighthouse resize 75%, place on the right side, towards the top of the sand

rocks resize 35% place at the bottom of the lighthouse, on the left side of it, duplicate and move to the right side of the lighthouse

 

grass, resize 45%, place at the bottom of the pelican on the left side of him, duplicate 4 times, arrange 2 of the duplicates around the pelican, move the other 2 to the lighthouse, around the rocks

shell resize 25% place with the lighthouse, to the right of the rocks on the left

  bottle resize 25%, rotate right 25 degrees, place with the lighthouse, to the left of the rocks on the right

 

starfish2 resize 55% place at the bottom of your tube on the right side, duplicate and mirror, place on the left side of your tube 

netting resize 90% center with your frame, send to bottom

Crop merged opaque

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
