SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Tube of choice.
I am using artwork  by Alexander McMillan
 A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.
Scrapkit of Choice:
Scrapkit PTU Sweet Vixen by Scraps Dimensions
You can find this kit here
Font of choice.
I used TagettesPlus 
Mask of Choice:
I used WSL_313 which you can get here
Filters needed:
eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name
Don't forget to save often!
LET'S GET STARTED 
Open a new image 700x700
C/P element47 resize75% using your magic wand click inside of the frame. 
Selecions-modify-expand
 by 5. C/P paper12 selections-invert. Hit delete.  C/P tube, duplicate, close duplicate, click on original, hit delete.  
Select none. Arrange paper, and tube  under the frame 
layer in the layers palette.Click on duplicate, bring to top and erase the bottom part that is showing outside of the frame.
C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.
element42 resize30% place at the bottom on the right side, duplicate, mirror
element77 resize75% place at the bottom, place it so the left end is at her left hand, i erased the part over right wrist and hand so it almost looks like she is holding it
 c/p elements left to right, see my tag for order placement in the layers palette
element86 resize25% 
element4 resize15% recolor to match the purple from your tube, rotate right 15 degrees
 element56 resize30%
 element70 resize35% rotate left 15 degrees

c/p paper4, send to bottom, apply mask, merge group
Merge visible
Add name or saying of choice
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
