SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Tube of choice.
I am using artwork by Alexander McMillian
A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

Font of choice.
Filters needed:
eye candy4-gradient glow
Don't forget to save often!
LET'S GET STARTED
Open a new image 700x700
C/P frame1, resize 85%, using your magic wand click inside of the frame.
Selecions-modify-expand
by 5. C/P paper13, selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P tube, duplicate,
close duplicate, click on original, hit delete.
Select none. Arrange paper, and tube under the frame
layer in the layers palette. Click
on duplicate, open, bring to top, erase anything showing outside of the
frame at the bottom
C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.
ribbon-place at bottom
wordart-85%-center, send to bottom
heart flowers-place on the left side-duplicate-mirror
rose-65%-place on the left side towards the bottom-duplicate-mirror
lips-45%-mirror place at the bottom on the left side
lipstick-45%-with lips
cuppy-35%-right of lips-move below lips
cuppy2-35%-in front of cuppy-arrange in front of lips
drink-65%-right of cuppy-move under cuppy2
eyeshadow-55%-rotate right 25-right of drink-move under drink
eyepencil-55%-rotate left 25
polish-45%-move under eyepencil
queeny-75%-move under polish
Crop merged opaque
Merge visible
Add name or saying of choice
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
