This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Jose A Cano

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use

Font of choice.  

I used Simplehand

 

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P element45 center using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper7 selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P tube, duplicate, close duplicate, click on original, hit delete. Select none. Arrange paper and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Click on duplicate, bring to top, erase any part of tube showing outside the bottom of the frame.

element9 resize55% place on the left side of the frame towards the top

element21 resize75%, mirror, place at the bottom on the left side

element17 resize55% place at the bottom on the left side

element12 resize75% place to the right of the gas can, arrange under the gas can layer in the layers palette

element19 resize55% place in front of the hydrant

element13 resize65% place to the right of the hydrant, arrange above the grass layer in the layers palette

element8 resize55% place to the right of the hat

  element4 resize75% place to the right of the megaphone, arrange under the megaphone layer in the layers palette

element1 resize55% place to the right of the pail, arrange above the megaphone layer in the layers palette

element60 resize55%, mirror, place to the right of the extinguisher

element6 mirror, place on the right side, arrange under the pail layer in the layers palette

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
