City of Angels

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp. I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Diana Gali

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

Mask of Choice:

I am using WSL mask3 which you can get here

Font of choice.

I used Victorian LET

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name

Don't forget to save often!

Open a new image 700x700

c/p paper5 apply mask, merge group

element34 resize55% place on the left side

element36 resize25% place on the right side

element62 place on the right side, to the right of the cloud

element74 place at the bottom, centered

c/p your tube place on the pillows

element47 resize65% place to the right of your tube on the pillows, arrange under the tube layer in the layers palette

element88 place at the bottom on the left side

element33 place on the left side, duplicate, mirror

element40 place in front of the sign

element43 resize65% place in front of the horse

element35 resize45% place in front of the bell

element32 resize45% place on the right side at the bottom

element55 resize45% place at the bottom, centered

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
