This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.
I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice.
Filters needed:
eye candy5-impact-gradient glow(not required)used for name
Don't forget to save often.
LET'S GET STARTED
Open new image 700x700.
When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.
Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.
C/P frame1 resize80%. Using your magic wand click inside the frame. Selections-modify-expand by 6. C/P paper of choice or the one I used paper9. Selections-invert-hit delete. C/P tube. Duplicate tube, close duplicated tube. Click on tube layer, hit delete. Move paper and tube to bottom layer. Select none. Click on duplicated tube in your layer palette move to top layer. Erase the bottom part of the tube so that only her head is coming out of the frame.
C/P frame3 resize95% send to bottom, place evenly behind your first frame.
C/P sparkles3 place over your tube.
C/P ribbon1 resize60% place bottom of frame, under your tube layer, but above your frame layer.
C/P skull1 resize40% place top left.
C/P charm1 resize60% place under the skull so that it looks like it is hanging down from it.
C/P ribbon2 resize40% place on top of ribbon1.
C/P cupcake2 resize35% place bottom right.
C/P cupcake3 resize40% place on left side of cupcake2.
C/P cupcake4 resize30% place on left side of cupcake3.
C/P lolli2 resize60% place under the cupcake layers.
C/P lolli1 resize55% rotate right 25 degress place beside lolli2.
C/P shoe1 resize40% place bottom left.
C/P lipstick resize40% place left of shoe.
C/P skull spary resize55% place under the shoe layer to the right of it.
Crop merged opaque. Merge visible.
Add name or saying of choice.
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
