Bad Cook

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube and close up of choice. 

I am using artwork  by Celinart Pinup. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.  You can purchase this tube here. 

Scrapkit PTU Punky Pink by Stef's Scrapkits.  

You can purchase this kit here.

Mask of choice

Font of choice. 

Filters needed: 

eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700, we will re-size later.

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

C/P element10 resize85% place in the middle of the tag. Using your magic wand click inside of the frame, selections modify expand by5, c/p paper of choice,  I used paper10 resized 75%. Selections-invert, hit delete. C/P close up of tube, hit delete.  Select none, move under the frame layer, add drop shadow to the frame. Duplicate your tube layer, on the top tube layer, adjust blur, guassian blur 3, change blend mode to soft light, on the bottom tube layer add a drop shadow.

C/P your main tube and move to the right side.

element25 resize40% place at the bottom on the left side

element09 resize45% place beside the bag and lipstick move under the lipstick layer in the layers palette

element12 resize55% place beside your close up tube on the right side, using your magic wand, click inside the top frame, expand by 5, add a new raster layer and flood fill with color of choice or the one I am using #f14298 move under your frame, now grab your tube and place a part of it in the frame, invert and delete, change the blend mode to screen, do the same for the bottom frame but change the blend mode to luminance(L) add drop shadow to frame

element7 resize45% rotate left 30 degrees

merge visible resize85%

add a new raster layer flood fill with color of choice or the one I am using I am using black send to bottom apply mask, merge group, center it

Crop merged opaque.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
