This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork  Ellie Milk. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use his work. This tube is an Exclusive to PFD you can purchase this tube here.

Scrapkit PTU Mothers Day by Purples Kreationz.

Template2 by Sue at Creative Misfits Creations. Scroll down to where it says Sue. You can get it here

Font of choice. I used LDJ Jilly Nilly

Filters needed: 

eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template. Shift D, close the orginial. 

Delete info. Image canvas size 700x700 all layers.

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. Add drop shadow of choice.

I used paper10 resize 105% for rectangle. 

Paper6 for circle.

Paper5 for outline.

Paper6 for lines add a drop shadow.

Paper5 for mask layer, do it the same as all the other layers.

Paper5 for dots.

C/P tube place place it to the right of the big circle.

Select your large circle, float, defloat, c/p close up of tube, invert, hit delete. Select none. Change the blend mode to luminance(L).

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

C/P bear resize 60% place bottom right.

C/P balloons place to the right of the bear.

C/P gift resize60% place left of the bear, move down under the bear in the layer palette.

C/P perfume resize60%.

C/P rose resize60% rotate left 20 degress place behind the perfume.

C/P rose2 resize60% place to the right of the other rose.

C/P cupcake resize55% on the left side of the perfume.

C/P cupcake2 resize45% place on the left side of the first cupcake.

C/P glass resize75% place on the left side of cupcake2 move down in the layer palette.

C/P champers resize75% place on the left side of the glass move it above the glass layer in the layer palette.

C/P ribbon1 place about middle of the template towards the bottom.

C/P sparkles place middle of the template.

C/P bow2 resize50% place on the left side of template on the rectangle.

C/P butterfly resize50% mirror place at the top on the left side of the template.

C/P wordart place at the bottom of template and center it.

Crop merged opaque.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size. Mine is 600 x 536. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
