This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.
I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.
I am using artwork by Elias Chatzoudis. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use his work. You can purchase this tube here.

Scrapkit PTU Black'd Emo Girl by Purples Kreationz.
You can get this kit here.

2 masks of choice


Font of choice. I used LDJ Jilly Nilly
Filters needed: none, I don't tend to use them much, lol


Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700


When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.
Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

C/P frame1 resize80%. Using your magic wand click inside of frame, selections-modify-expand by 7-selections-invert, C/P paper of choice or paper19, hit delete. Move under frame in your layer palette.

C/P tube of choice place on the left side of the frame.

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

C/P bunny resize85% place at the bottom on left side.

C/P mp3 resize80% beside the bunny move under your bunny in the layers palette.

C/P cake resize50% place beside the mp3.

C/P candle resize50% place beside the cake.

C/P cake2 resize50% place beside the candle.Move the candle above the 2 cupcakes in the layers palette.

C/P ribbon1 place towards the bottom of the frame.

C/P ribbon2 also place at the bottom of the frame.

C/P sparkles move just above your paper layer in your layers palette, place in the lower right of the frame, duplicate and flip. If using the same tube as I am this will look good, if using something different you might need to play with them to make them look right.

C/P flower3 resize75% place on the right side of the frame in the middle.

C/P heart2 resize50% place over the flower.

C/P butterfly resize60% at the top of the frame to the right a bit.

C/P wire move to the left top of the frame, send to bottom layer duplicate-mirror, duplicate again-flip, duplicate again-mirror. Move them around so that only some of it is showing around the frame.

C/P paper11 apply mask, merge down. Add a drop shadow to this mask.

C/P paper18 apply and different mask, merge down.

Crop merged opaque.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size.

Add name or saying of choice.

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
