Rock On

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice. 

I am using artwork  by Gemini Creationz. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use. You can purchase this tube at SATC here

Scrapkit PTU  EmiliaRocks by Eclipse Creationz.

Template of Choice. Template74 by Kandi Kissez which can be found here

Font of choice. I used The NautiGal

Filters needed: 

eye candy4-gradient glow for the name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template. Shift D and close the original. Delete the following layers: kandi word art, word art back, black stars cluster, mask and background.

Canvas size 700x700.

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defAloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. 

I used paper2 for right frame back, c/p close up

paper5 for left frame back

paper1 for blue star and pink star, add a gradient glow

paper6 for black star 8

 C/P your tube place on the left side of the frame

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement

musical notes2 place in the middle, move under your tube layer in your layers palette

Piano Keys place towards the bottom of the template

guitar 2 place at the bottom on the right side 

emo cake resize60% place on the left of the guitar

turn table resize60% place on the left of the cupcake, move under the cake layer in the layers palette

lollipop3 resize60% place behind the turn table

lollipop2 resize60% place to the left of the first lollipop

Crop merged opaque.

Merge visible. Apply mask of choice.

Re-size to desired size. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
