This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.
I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice.
I am using artwork by Zlata M. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use. Which you can get at SATC here
Scrapkit of choice or the one I used. I used PTU Emo Sweet by PinkCandyDesigns which you can purchase at SATC here
Font of choice.
Filters needed: none
Don't forget to save often.
LET'S GET STARTED
Open a new image 700x700.
C/P frame place in middle of image. Using your magic wand click inside of the circle. Selections-modify-expand by 6.
C/P paper4-selections-invert, hit delete. Move the paper under the frame layer. C/P close up of tube, duplicate and close the duplicated tube, click on original tube and hit delete. Select none. Move paper and original tube under frame. Open the duplicate tube and erase the part you dont want showing outside of the frame.
C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement
lips resize80% place at the top on the left side
beads place at top on the right side
skull reszie55% place at the top on the right side
roses resize75% place at the bottom on the left
streamer place at the bottom in the center, cover the ends of the rose stem
cupcake resize60% place at the bottom on the right side
candy2 resize60% place at the bottom on the right side to the left of the cupcake
candy resize60% place to the left of candy2
butterfly2 resize60% place at the bottom on the left side
glitter leave in the center move to the left, send to bottom, duplicate and mirror
Crop merged opaque.
Merge visible.
Re-size to desired size.
Add name or saying of choice.
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
