This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork  by Lady Mishka.

 A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

I used Al Sandra

 

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template, shift D to duplicate, close original. 

Delete credit, pixel words and background.  

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers.

 

I used paper4 for teal circles

paper6 for pink circles

paper8 for pink circle

 

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

 

frame3 resize 75% center

 

butterfly resize 35%, rotate left 25 degrees place at the top on the left side of the frame

  

devil heart resize 35% place at the bottom on the left side

lollipop1 resize 35% place at the bottom on the left side, to the left of devil heart

lollipop2 resize 35%, rotate left 25 degrees place at the bottom on the left side, to the left of lollipop1, arrange under lollipop2 layer in the layers palette

 

string resize 75% place at the bottom 

cupcake resize 35% place at the bottom of the lollipops

frame4 resize 75%, place at the bottom, using your magic wand click inside each of the circles, modify expand by 4, c/p paper of choice, or add a new raster layer and flood fill with color of choice, i used purple, c/p your tube, invert hit delete. select none, change the blend mode to luminance(L)

c/p your tube place to where it looks like it is sitting on the 3 circle frame

scatter place at the top on the left side, send to bottom, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror

 

Crop merged opaque. 

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size.

Add name or saying of choice.

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
