Over the Rainbow

 

 

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Robert Alvarado

Whom used to be a  PTU Artist. I believe he is now longer selling his tubes anywhere, you must have purchased this tube and have a license for it to use it. You can view his site here

Mask of Choice:

I used Vix Mask404 which you can get here 

Font of choice.

I used 2Peas Blessing

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P element32, resize 80%, using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. Layers, new raster layer, flood fill with a yellow from the kit, selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P tube, duplicate, close duplicate, click on original, hit delete. C/P element62, hit delete. Select none. Arrange paper, cloud and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Duplicate cloud and move to other frame, i mirrored mine. Click on duplicate, open, bring to top, erase anything showing outside of the frame at the bottom

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

element01 resize 70%  place at the top with the end of the branch coming out of the frame, arrange under the frame, duplicate and bring to top erase the left end of the branch that is showing outside of the frame

element03 resize 45% place on the left side on the top frame

element02 resize 45% place on the right side on the top frame

element12 resize75% rotate left 8 degrees place at the bottom

 

element37 resize 45% place at the bottom on the right side, arrange under your top tube layer in the layers palette

 
element26 resize 45%, rotate left 10 degrees place at the bottom on the left side

  element22 resize 25%, rotate right 10 degrees place at the bottom on the left side, to the right of element26

element44 resize 45% place at the bottom on the left side place in front of the heart sucker

element9 resize 45% place at the bottom on the left side to the left of the bear

 

Crop merged opaque

  Add a new layer, flood fill with an orange from the kit, apply mask, merge group, send to bottom, move to top left corner, duplicate, mirror, flip

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
