Giving

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.
All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork  by Pinup Toons. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.  You can purchase this tube here.

Template139 by Toxic Desirez. You can get it HERE

Mask of choice.  




Font of choice. 

Filters needed: 
eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name


Don't forget to save often.



LET'S GET STARTED



Open template, shiftD close the original. Delete credits, skull, stars and background. 

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 


When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.


Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. Only add a drop shadow to the frame layers for the template.



I used paper 5  for circle, c/p close up tube, select none, change the blend mode of your tube to soft light 

Paper 3  resize75% for raster 2

Paper 1 copy of raster3, and copy2 for raster3

Paper 5 for glitter rectangle, add noise, uniform 70% monochrome checked

for rectangle, add a new raster layer floodfill with white, add noise, uniform 70% monochrome checked


C/P tube of choice place on the right of the template. 

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

element50 resize65% place at the bottom on the right side covering the part of the tube that is cut off

element2 resize30% place at the top on the left side

element32 flip move down a little bit

element3 resize70% place on the left side

element51 resize65% rotate left 17 degrees place at the bottom on the right side, move under the cupcakes layer in the layers palette

element53 resize60% place at the bottom move under all elements, but above your tube layer in your layers palette

element33 mirror place to the right of the lollipops move under the lollipop layer in the layers palette

click on top layer c/p element49 resize50% place at the bottom on the left side 

element25 place at the bottom on the left side move under the candle layer in the layers palette

element20 resize75% place on the left side of the template move under your tube layer in the layers palette, duplicate, mirror

element35 resize55% place on the left side move under the candle layer in the layers palette

Crop merged opaque.

Add a new raster layer floodfill with #76422c apply mask, merge group, send to bottom

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
