This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by KiwiFireStorm

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use

Font of choice.

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

 

  cityscape  place in the center

c/p your tube move down a little

  lips2 resize35% place on the cityscape on the right side, duplicate, place on the left side of the cityscape

 

   limo resize65% place on the right side at the bottom, arrange under your tube layer in the layers palette

hat resize75% place on the right side of your tube, arrange above your tube layer in the layers palette

  nail polish resize45%  place in front of the hat

cute skull resize50% place in front of the hat and polish

drink2 resize50% place at the bottom on the right side

 

stars resize50% place in front of the glass

bomb resize65% place in front of the stars

disco ball resize75% place at the top on the left side send to bottom 

 

glass place at the top on the right side send to bottom

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
