This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Ninaste

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

Scrapkit of Choice:

Scrapkit PTU Kitty Angel2 by Tiny Turtle Designs.

  which you can get  here

Font of choice.

 

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name

 

Mask of choice:

I used mask3-1 from Scrappin Krazy Design which you can get here

 

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

 

  c/p element2 using your magic wand click inside the frame
selection-modify by 5 c/p paper35 
c/p tube duplicate, close duplicate, click on original hit delete
select none, move tube paper under frame
click on duplicate bring to top and erase anything outside the
bottom of the frame

c/p the following elements

 

element20 resize35% place on the left side at the bottom

element60 resize55% place on the right side at the bottom

element39 resize30% place at the bottom on the left side, over the bottom of the sucker sticks

element37 resize35% place to the left of the heart cake

element36 resize35% place at the bottom on the left side place in front of the cup and cake

element8 resize35%, mirror, place to the left of the gift box in front of the cup

element16 resize30% place to the right of the heart cake arrange under the gift box layer in the layers palette

click on top layer

element13 resize30% place to the right of the ice sundae

element42 resize35% place to the right of the heart candle arrange under the candle layer in the layers palette

click on top layer

element34 resize35% place in front of the tree to the right of the phone

 

merge visible, resize90%

 

c/p paper21 send to bottom, apply mask, merge group

 

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
