This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Zlata_M

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

I used WSL_411 which you can get here

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

 

c/p element27  resize85% using your magic wand click inside frame
selections-modify-expand by 5. c/p paper4, selections-invert-hit delete
c/p your tube, place on the left side hit delete, c/p tube again move down and on the right side, hit delete, c/p tube again place in the center, hit delete
move paper and tubes under the frame layer. change the layer opacity of tube layers to 80-90%, i did each one a little different

c/p element11 resize35%, mirror, place at the bottom on the left side of your tube

c/p element79  resize35% place at the bottom on the left side of your tube down and a little to the right of the roses

c/p element48 resize35% rotate left 15 degrees, place at the bottom on the left side of the tube down and to the left of the dog

c/p element12 resize35% place at the bottom on the left side of the tube down and a little to the right of the letter

c/p element73 resize25% place at the bottom on the left side of the tube down and to the right of the heart box

c/p element1 resize75% place at the bottom to the right of the tube

c/p element68 resize45% place at the bottom on the right side of the tube, about middle of the camera stand

c/p element28 resize45% place at the bottom to the right of the tube below the wordart

c/p element59 resize25%, rotate left 15 degrees, place at the bottom to the right of the tube over the beads

c/p element81 resize25% place to the right of the bottle

 

c/p element52 resize35% rotate right 15 degrees, place to the right of the money

 

c/p element5 resize45% place to the right of the glass

 

c/p element7 resize45% rotate right 15 degrees place above the movie reels

crop merged opaque merge visible, resize90%

layers, new raster layer, flood fill with color from tag, send to bottom, apply mask, merge group

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
