SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Tube of choice.
I am using artwork by Jose Cano
A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.
You may find Jose Cano's tubes at SATC.
You can get this tube here
Scrapkit of Choice:
Scrapkit PTU UltraViolet by SkyScraps Designs.
Which matches Jose Cano's tube DragonGirl. You can buy this as a pack(tube and kit togehter) or by itself. You can get the pack here

Font of choice.
Filters needed:
eye candy4-gradient glow
Don't forget to save often!
LET'S GET STARTED
Open a new image 700x700
C/P element87, resize 80%, using your magic wand click inside of the frame.
Selecions-modify-expand
by 5. Layers, new raster layer, floodfill with a purple from your tube. C/P tube hit delete.
Select none. Arrange paper, and tube under the frame
layer in the layers palette. Change the blend mode to luminance(L) on your tube.
C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.
element7 place at the top of your frame
c/p your tube place on the right side of the frame
element41 resize 75%, sharpen, place on the left side
element42 resize 75%, place on the left side with the tower
element30 place at the bottom on your tube
element31, mirror with the other grass arrange under it in the layers palette
element73 resize 55% place at the bottom on the left side, duplicate, mirror
element86 place at the bottom on the left side
element55 resize 55% place at the bottom to the right
element63 center, send to bottom
Crop merged opaque
Merge visible
Add name or saying of choice
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
