This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Jose Cano

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

You may find Jose Cano's tubes at SATC.

Scrapkit of Choice:

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P element4 using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper2, selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P tube, duplicate, close duplicate, click on original, hit delete.  Select none. Arrange paper, and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Click on duplicate, open, bring to top, erase anything showing outside of the frame at the bottom

element52 resize 85% center send to bottom

element53 resize 85%  center, arrange under the frame layer in the layers palette, erase anything showing outside of the frame

 

element54 resize 55% place on the right side, duplicate, mirror

element23 resize 55% place on the right side, below the bear

element35 resize 75% place on the right side, to the left of the bomb and up a bit

 

element56 resize 35% place to the left of the bomb

element73 resize 45% place on the shoe

  element69 resize 45% place to the left of the shoe, arrange under the shoe layer in the layers palette

 

element71 resize 45% place to the left of the money, move up in the layers palette

element63 resize 45% place behind the cone, arrange under the cone layer in the layers palette

 

element72 resize 45% place to the left of the lemon

element74 resize45% place in front of the drink

element43 resize45%, rotate left 45 degrees place to the left of the drink arrange under the drink layer in the layers palette

element44 resize45% place to the left of the razor, arrange under the handcuffs layer in the layers palette

 

Crop merged opaque

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
