This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by SkyScraps Pin-up

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

You may find SkyScraps Pin-up's tubes at SATC.

Font of choice.

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P e135, resize 120%, using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper47, selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P tube, duplicate, close duplicate, click on original, hit delete. Select none. Arrange paper and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Click on duplicate, open, bring to top, erase any part you don't want showing outside of the frame. I added a purple gradient glow to the frame, to help it stand out.

e112 resize 75%  rotate left 18 degrees place on the left side at the bottom

 

e113 resize 55% place on the left side at the bottom, to the right of the umbrella

 

e25 resize 45% place on the left side to the left of the hat

e69 resize 35% place at the bottom on the right side

e44 resize 35% place at the bottom on the right side, to the right of the skull/flower

  e82 resize 25% place at the bottom on the right side, to the left of the cupcake, should be right in front of the skull/flower

 

e93 resize 20% place at the bottom on the right side, to the left of the skull/flower

e44 resize 75% rotate left 25% place on the left side, beside the microphone, arrange under the mircrophone layer in the layers palette

e89 resize 75% rotate right 25% place on the right side at the bottom

e92 resize 18% place at the bottom on the right side with the other candy heart

e142 place at the top on the left side, send to bottom, duplicate, mirror

Crop merged opaque

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
