This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.
I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice.
I am using artwork by VeryMany. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use. You can purchase this tube from SATC here.
Scrapkit PTU Spring Desires
by Eclipse Creations and can be purchased here
Mask212 by Insatiable Dreams Masks and can be found HERE. Last download called Masks7
Font of choice. I used Take and Give
Filters needed:
eye candy5-impact-gradient glow(not required)used for name
Don't forget to save often.
LET'S GET STARTED
Open new image 700x700.
When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.
C/P frame4 re-size85%. Using your magic wand click inside left side of the frame. Selections-modify-expand by 8. C/P paper of choice or the one I used paper1 re-size80%. Selections-invert-hit delete. C/P close up of tube. Change blend mode to soft light or one to your liking. Selections-select none. Move under the frame. Do the same for the right side of the frame. Merge visible.
C/P main tube place in middle of frame.
C/P grass3 place bottom of tag, at bottom of main tube.
C/P leaves place under grass3. Duplicate place duplicate over the frame.
C/P curious swag place under grass3.
C/P frog re-size70% bring to top layer place at the bottom right of the grass.
C/P flowerpot re-size70% then again 80% place top left of grass.
C/P Swirly tree2 re-size80% place behind the flowerpot.
C/P sparkle8 bring to top. Place to your liking.
Crop to size. Merge visible. Re-size85%. Layers-new raster layer. Flood fill with color of choice, apply mask. Merge group. Merge visible. Crop to size.
Re-size to desired size. Mine is 600x553.
Add name or saying of choice.
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
