Rawk You

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Celinart Pinup

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use

  I got this tube when she was selling at SATC. You may be able to get this tube or one like it in her new store here.

Scrapkit of Choice:

Scrapkit PTU Rawk You by Toxic Desirez

Which you can get

Font of choice. 

Template of choice:

I used TMW Square Template3 by Tina at Creative Misfits Creations which you can get here

 

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template, shift D to duplicate, close original.

 

 

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers.

 

I added gradient glow to most of the paper layers

I used paper3 for big circle1 and big circle2

paper8 for circle1 and circle2

  paper4 dark square1 and dark square2

 

paper7 for rectangle1 and rectangle2

paper2 for small square1 and small square2

paper10 for pink rectangle

for the squares layer, select, add new raster layer flood fill with pink from the kit, c/p tube and place parts in each square, invert and delete, select none. change the blend mode to luminance(l)

 

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

 

c/p your tube center

 

c/p the following elements from left to right, resize to your liking.    skull2 disco ball speakers lips cross ipod butterfly1 cupcake piano keys place at the bottom of tube splatter place at the top on the left side, send to bottom, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
