This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Scrapkit PTU The Easter Bunnies by  Purples Kreationz  and can be purchased at Scraps and The City here

Wicked Princess Template1 by Wicked Princess Scraps and can be found here

Font of choice. I used Sierra Madre

Filters needed:

none

eye candy5-impact-gradient glow(not required)used for name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open the template, shift D close the original. Delete Raster2 and template info and the layer that says delete this layer. 

Instructions for coping and pasting. Activate the layer. Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. 

I used Paper16 for rectangle1. 

Paper15 for rectangle2. 

Paper5 for Circle. 

Paper4 for frame1. 

Paper6 for frame2.

Add drop shadow of choice.

The template will be hidden a bit, but it helps with the background.

Copy and paste the following elements or any or your choice to your liking or see my tag for my placement. Add drop shadow to each element.

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by LegioStudio. A FTU Artist. I got mine from a forum group I belong to Creative Addictions. I am not sure of any other way to get these tubes.

Open template. ShiftD close the original. Delete the credits which is frame1. Splatter brushes

Instructions for coping and pasting. Activate the layer. Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. I used Paper12 for small frame1 and small frame2. Paper14 for bottom frame. For Large White Frame-selections-select all-float-defloat-flood fill with a gradient color of choice. I used #fe92a7 for the foreground and #f8e5bc for the background, angle 210 repeats 3-linear. Add a gradient glow and drop shadow.  

Add you tube place to your liking. Add drop shadow of choice.

Copy and paste the following elements or any or your choice to your liking or see my tag for my placement. Add drop shadow to each element.

Add mask of choice.

Crop to size.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template Shift D close the original. Delete Raster3, raster1. Canvas size 800x800

Instructions for coping and pasting. Activate the layer. Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. I used paper 3 for Raster2. Paper 2 for Raster6. Paper 11 for Raster7, Paper5 for raster8. Paper2 for Raster5. Paper6 for Raster11. Paper9 for Raster4. For the small hearts. Selections-select all-float-defloat-layers-new raster layer-flood fill with color from tube, I used  #bc3789 and #8e3284. Selections-select none. Delete original layers. Add drop shadow to each little heart.

For Raster14,15,19,and 16 add noise-guaissian 100% monochrome checked, add drop shadow. Flood fill raster17 and 18 will color of choice. Add gradient glow and drop shadow.

Add you tube place to your liking. Add drop shadow of choice.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template Shift D close the original. Delete Raster6, the word art and the butterfly doodle. 

Instructions for coping and pasting. Activate the layer. Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. I used paper 8 for Raster5. Paper 5 re-sized 85% for Raster2. Paper 9 re-sized 85% for Raster3, Paper7 for the bottom rectangles. For Raster4, highlight in layer palette, using your magic wand click on it, layers new raster layer, floodfill with color from paper, selections-select none. Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-100% Gaussian, monochrome checked. Delete original layer add drop shadow. Do the same for  Raster1 and the frames around the 2 squares. Add drop shadow to the rectangles. 

Make the paper layers in your squares active by clicking on it with your move tool. Selections-select all-float-defloat. Copy and paste your tube place part of it in the right square-selections-invert-hit delete. Copy and paste your tube again place part of it in the left square-hit delete-selections-select none. I added xero-porcelain, twice to each tube layer with the settings below. 

Copy and paste your tube place to the right side of the template. I added xero-porcelain with the setting above twice, to kind of make the tube match the elements.

Copy and paste the following elements or any or your choice to your liking or see my tag for my placement. Add drop shadow to each element.

Crop to size.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template Shift D close the original. Delete Raster 5 and Raster 1. Canvas size-re-size 700x700, you can re-size later to your desired size.

Instructions for coping and pasting. Activate the layer. Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. I used paper 4 re-sized 80%. Paper 3 re-sized 80%. Paper 13, Paper6, Paper7, Paper12, Paper10, paper14. Add a black gradient glow to each paper except the paper inside the frames, and drop shadow of choice.

In you layers palette click on raster 7 using you magic wand click inside one of the frames. Selections-modify-expand by 1. Copy and paste a part of your tube. Re-size if needed. Selections-invert-hit delete. Selections-select none. Change blend mode to screen or one of your liking. Do this for the other 3 frames, copying different parts of your tube. Add drop shadow to raster 7.

Copy and paste tube of choice place in middle of template. Effects xero-porcelain, use these settings:

Glitter-move to bottom layer, right side of frame duplicate, mirror, duplicate flip, duplicate mirror.
