Belle's Winter


 
This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:


Tube of choice.
I am using artwork by Chris Pastel
A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use
 You can get this tube here.
 
Scrapkit of Choice:
Scrapkit PTU Winter by MistyLynns Creations.
  You can find this kit here  or here
 
Font of choice.

Mask of Choice:
I used WSL_345 which you can get here

Filters needed:
eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name



Don't forget to save often!

c/p paper06 apply mask, merge group

Open a new image 700x700

xero-porcelain

LET'S GET STARTED


Open a new image 700x700
 
  c/p element45 resize85% using your magic wand click inside the frame
selection-modify by 5 c/p paper1  selections-invert hit delete
move  paper under frame

c/p tube place in center of frame


c/p the following elements, paste from left to right, resize to your liking, see my tag for exact placement

c/p paper11 send to bottom, apply mask, merge group, place directly behind frame


Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Font of choice.
I used One Starry Night
 
Filters needed:
eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name
xero-porcelain

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 800x800
 
For this kit I made the red a little brighter to match the tube

C/P element58 resize75% using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper3, selections, invert, hit delete, select none.
 
C/P tube place on the bottom of the heart like she is sitting on it



C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.
ALL ELEMENTS WILL BE PLACED UNDER THE TUBE LAYER IN THE LAYERS PALETTE

element36 resize55% rotate right 90 degrees, erase the petals, duplicate, mirror, rotate left 15 degrees, merge down, duplicate, mirror

element29 resize35% place with roses on the left, duplicate, move to the right side and rotate right 50 or 55%

element45 resize35% place at top on the right

element50 resize65% place on the bottom right of the tube

element32 resize35% place with the glass to the right a bit

element53 place behind the heart frame send to bottom duplicate and move down towards the bottom
 
element56 send to top if you aren't there already place to your liking
 
Merge visible
Add name or saying of choice
Add proper copyright info and save as .png

  c/p element75 resize85% using your magic wand click inside the frame
selection-modify by 5 c/p paper19  selections-invert hit delete
c/p element12, hit delete, c/p element70, hit delete
select none, move paper and elements under frame

click on your tube, close of the jubi layers c/p can layer erase the stool jubi was on place tube on right side. click on your tube again close the can layers and open the jubi layers. c/p jubi erase the stool the can layer was on place jubi on the left side(see my tag for placement)

c/p the following elements
 
element43 resize65%  place on the left side at the top arrange under the jubi layer in the layers palette
 
element76 resize55% place at the bottom on the left side

element27 resize35% place to the right of the glass of hearts

element24 resize35% place to the left of the cupcake

element45  resize35% place to the right of the cupcake

element20 resize35% place in front of the heart candy box

element19 resize30% place to the right of the first candy heart
 
element13 resize45% place to the right of the heart candy box
 
element17 resize30% place to the right of the cupcake arrange under the cupcake layer in the layers palette
 
element18 resize25% place in front of the other candy
 
element25, mirror, resize45% place to the right of the candy, arrange under the candy layer in the layers palette
 
element39 resize35% place under the candy sucker
 
element28 resize45% place to the right of the clock arrange under the clock layer in the layers palette
 
element68 move to the top and the left, send to bottom, duplicate, mirror and move down to the bottom
 
c/p paper13 send to bottom, apply mask, merge group
