Pink and Green Cupid Queen

 

 

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Ninaste

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use

Scrapkit of Choice:

Scrapkit PTU Queen Cupid2 by Tiny Turtle Designs.

  You can find this kit here

Font of choice.

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow-used for name

Mask of Choice: I used mask217 by Gemsmasks which you can get here

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

 

c/p your tube move down and to the right

 

now just past elements around the tube as shown on mine

 

element67 place towards top on the left, duplicate, mirror, move down a bit, arrange behind your tube layer

 

element82, under tube layer above balloons layer, on the left of tube

 

the rest of the elements are above the tube layer

going left to right

c/p paper 18 send to bottom, apply mask, merge group

 

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
