This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Celinart

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use

   Which you can get here.

Scrapkit of Choice:

Scrapkit PTU Zombielicious by Toxic Desirez which you can get here

Font of choice. 

Template of choice:

I used Kristen TD Template 193 by Toxic Desirez which you can get here

 

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template, shift D to duplicate, close original. Delete credits.

 

 

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers.

 

 

I used paper5 for raster7 and copy of raster7

paper4 for raster5 and copy of raster5

  paper3 for raster6 and copy of raster6

 

paper10 for raster3 and copy of raster3

paper11 for raster2

for copy2 of raster1 and copy of raster1  select and floodfill with a blue from the scrap kit and c/p close up tube, i added porcelain twice

for copy of raster1 flood fill with a gradient of blue and purple from the kit

c/p your tube center

 

c/p the following elements from left to right, resize to your liking.    sign brain shake fork in eye cupcake guts foot finger dirty hand brad splatter, place one behind tube, duplicate place top left, duplicate mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png

for the squares layer, select, add new raster layer flood fill with pink from the kit, c/p tube and place parts in each square, invert and delete, select none. change the blend mode to luminance(l)

c/p the following elements from left to right, resize to your liking.    skull2 disco ball speakers lips cross ipod butterfly1 cupcake piano keys place at the bottom of tube splatter place at the top on the left side, send to bottom, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror

  c/p element96 resize75% using your magic wand click inside the frame
selection-modify by 5 c/p paper7  selections-invert hit delete c/p tube duplicate, close duplicate, click on original hit delete
select none, move tube paper under frame
click on duplicate bring to top and erase anything outside the
bottom of the frame

c/p the following elements

 

e33  place at the bottom on the left side arrange under you top tube layer

 

e50 resize45% place at the bottom on the right side

e23 resize55% place on the right side at the bottom  in front of the cocoa

e25 resize55%  place to the left of the cocoa

e42 resize40% place to the left of the snowman

e53 resize40% place the candycane and peppermine and to the left a bit

e62 resize45% place on the right side of the shoe arrange under the shoe layer

Open a new image 700x700

 

C/P el38 resize 95%. Using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selections-modify-expand by 8, c/p paper 9, selections-invert, hit delete. Move paper under frame layer. C/P close up tube, hit delete. Select none. I added xero-porcelain default settings. Add drop shadow to frame. Merge down, the frame, paper and tube layer. Move the frame up and to the left.

C/P tube place in on the right side of the frame.

el37 resize 65% place towards the top on the left side

el36 resize 45% place over the middle of the bow

el29 resize 65% place at the bottom on the left side

el42 resize 45% place on the left side at the top of the sign(see mine)

 

el27 resize 65% place at the bottom on the left side covering the bottom part of the sign

 

  el34 resize 45% place at the bottom on the left side to the right of the snowman

 

  el28 resize 45% place at the bottom on the left side to the right of the suckers

 

el39 resize 45% place at the bottom on the left side in front of the suckers

 

el20 place on the right side(see mine) duplicate and move down a bit, arrange both under your tube layer in your layers palette

 

Crop merged opaque.

 

C/P paper10 apply mask, merge group, send to bottom.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size.

ph17 resize115% leave in middle over the flower frame, using your magic wand click inside of the frame. selections-modify-expand by 5. c/p paper invert-hit delete. do not deselect. c/p tube, duplicate, close the duplicate. click on the original tube hit delete. select none. move paper and original tube under frame layer. open duplicate tube, bring to top, using your eraser tool, erase the part of the tube you don't want showing outside of the frame. add a drop shadow to the frame layer and bottom tube layer. add xero-porcelain to the top layer-default settings

click on top layer
ph2 leave in middle arrange under your tube layer in the layers palette

Add a new raster layer floodfill with #76422c apply mask, merge group, send to bottom

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size.
