Pink Rocker



This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.
All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork  by Tim Lowery. A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.  You can purchase this tube here


Scrapkit PTU Best of Rock by PinkCandyDesigns.  
You can purchase this kit here.


Template85 by Addictive Pleasures. You can get it HERE


Font of choice. 

Filters needed: 
eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name


Don't forget to save often.



LET'S GET STARTED



Open template, shiftD close the original. Delete raster1, raster15, raster9, raster10 and raster16. 

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 


When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.


Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. Only add a drop shadow to the frame layers for the template.



I used paper 8 for raster 2 

Paper 6 for raster 4

Paper 7 for raster 5

Paper 11 for raster 3

paper 10 for raster 8

paper 3 for raster 6, c/p close up of tube change blend mode to soft light

paper 2 for raster 7

paper 4 for raster 13

paper 1 for raster 12, 14, and 11


C/P tube of choice place on the left of the template. 

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

glitter place at the top on the left side, send to bottom, duplicate, mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate, mirror

musicnote resize45% place at the top on the left side, arrange under your tube layer in the layers palette, duplicate, resize by 95% and move down a bit

note resize40% place at the top on the right, duplicate and move down a bit

speakers resize45% place towards the top on the right side

headphones resize45% place over the speakers

lips resize40% place over the headphones 

ipod resize65% place at the bottom on the right side

micro resize55% 

lollipop3 resize45% place to the left of the ipod

lollipop2 resize45% place to the left of lollipop3 

cupcake3 resize50 place to the left of the ipod over the lollipops

keyboard place at the bottom on the left side, covering the tubes cutoff legs, arrange under the ipod layer in the layers palette

streamer place over the keyboard move under the cupcake layer in the layers palette

gumball machine resize55% place at the bottom on the left side

guitarpick resize45% place to the right of the gumball machine

cupcake2 resize40% place to the right of the gumball machine

city resize75% place behind your tube layer in your layers palette


Crop merged opaque.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
