I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

I am using artwork by Irmino Pin-Oops

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P e25, resize 75%, using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper5, resize 75%, selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P tube, hit delete. Select none. Arrange paper and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. I used xero-porcelin default settings two times on my tube layer.

C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.

e65 and e64 resize 55% place at the top on the left side, move one down from the other

 

e54 resize 25%, rotate left 15 degress, place at the top on the right side

e68 resize 35%, place on the right side, so that it looks like it is hanging from the lips, arrange under the lips layer in the layers palette

 

e7 resize 45%, rotate left 15 degrees,  place at the bottom on the left side

e1 resize 45%, place at the bottom on the left side to the right of the mirror

 

  e14 resize 35%, place at the bottom on the left side to the right

e5 resize 45%, mirror,  place at the bottom on the left side over the other elements

  e12 resize 45% rotate right 15 degrees, place at the bottom on the right side

e19 resize 45% place at the bottom on the right side to the left of the cell phone

e20 resize 45% place at the bottom on the right side, to the left of the ipod, arrange under the cell phone layer in the layers palette

click on top layer

e15 resize 45% place at the bottom on the right side with the other elements

e16 resize 35% place at the bottom on the right side, over the shoe and to the left a bit

e45 resize 90% center send to bottom

e32 resize 90% change layer opacity to 50%

Crop merged opaque 

 

Merge visible.

 

Add name or saying of choice

 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png

LET'S GET STARTED

Open a new image 700x700

C/P e9, using your magic wand click inside of the frame. Selecions-modify-expand by 5. C/P paper2, selections-invert. Hit delete. C/P tube, duplicate, close duplicate, click on original, hit delete. Select none. Arrange paper and tube under the frame layer in the layers palette. Click on duplicate, open, bring to top, erase any part you don't want showing outside of the frame

e72 place on the left side, duplicate, mirror

 

e23 resize 75% place at the bottom centered

e5 resize 50%, rotate right 15 degrees, place at the bottom on the left side of the candles

 

e67 resize 75% place at the bottom on the left side to the left of the pillow

e50 resize 35%, place on the left side to the right of the owl and down a bit

 

  e56 resize 55%, place at the bottom on the right side

e64 resize 55% place at the bottom on the right side to the left of the other cupcake

  e76 resize 55% mirror, place at the bottom on the right side behind the cupcake on the right, arrange under the cupcake layer in the layers palette

e77 resize 50% mirror, place at the bottom on the right side to the right of the first sucker and down a bit, still under the same cupcake layer

Crop merged opaque 

 

Merge visible. Re-size 90%.

 

C/P paper1. Apply mask, merge group, send to bottom

e35 resize 55% place at the top on the left side at the bottom of the ball

e90 resize 65%, rotate left 15 degrees, place on the left side up a bit from the bottom

 

  e68 resize 45%, place at the bottom on the left side, to the right of the first speaker

e16 resize 55% place at the bottom on the right side

  e92 resize 75% place at the bottom on the right side to the right of the box and move up a bit

e30 resize 35%, mirror, place at the bottom on the right side to the right the light

e64 resize 90% place at the bottom centered, covering the bottom of the cut of legs of your tube

e91 resize 35% place at the bottom centered of the piano and your tube

e65 resize 45%, place at the bottom on the left side,to the left of the red speaker

e61 resize 75% place at the bottom on the left side, a little to the left of the big speaker

e44 resize 35% place at the bottom on the right side with the box and light and speaker

e73 resize 55% rotate left 15 degrees place on the bar of the light towards the top

e74 resize 55% place to the right of the light towards the top arrange under the light layer in the layers palette

e59 place at the top on the left side, send to bottom, duplicate mirror, duplicate, flip, duplicate mirror

e50 resize 90% place at the bottom center with the keyboard send to bottom

Crop merged opaque 

 

Merge visible.
