This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.
I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Tube of choice.
I am using artwork by KiwiFireStorm
A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use
Which you can get here.
Scrapkit of Choice:
Scrapkit PTU Summer Dayz by Kittz Kreationz which you can get here
Font of choice.
Template of choice:
I
used template#45 by Millie's PSP Madness which you can get here
Filters needed:
eye candy4-gradient glow
Don't forget to save often!
LET'S GET STARTED
Open
template, shift D to duplicate, close original. Delete raster1, 8 and background.
Instructions for coping and pasting.
Activate the layer.
Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete.
When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.
Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.
Copy and paste desired papers into
each layer. Then delete the original layers.
I
used paper2 for 6 and 7, add a close up of your tube in each layer, add a gradient glow of size6 click on it with you magic wand and add dsb flux bright noise
paper6 for 4 and 5
add a gradient glow of size6 click on it with you magic wand and add dsb flux bright noise
add a gradient glow of size6 click on it with you magic wand and add dsb flux bright noise
for 3 and 2 make a gradient with 2 colors from your tube and flood fill
for 1 floodfill with white
C/P elements of choice or use mine below. See my tag for exact placement.
c/p your tube place on the right side of the template
Merge visible
layers new raster layer, flood fill with a color from your tube, send to bottom, apply mask, merge visible
Add name or saying of choice
Add proper copyright info and save as .png
