This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork by Spazz

A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use

Scrapkit of Choice:

Font of choice. I used Xiomara

Template of choice:

I used template 364 by Millie's PSP Madness which you can get here

 

Filters needed:

eye candy4-gradient glow

Don't forget to save often!

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template, shift D to duplicate, close original.  Delete credits(raster1), 13 and background.

Resize canvas 800x633 

 

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers.

 

I used paper2 resize65% for 6

paper4 resize65% 2 and 3, added a fat white gradient glow

 
paper6 resize65% for 4 and 5, added a fat white gradient glow

 

paper5 for 8

 

paper8 for 1

 

paper9 for 9 and 10

 

for 11 and 12 add close up of choice change opacity to one of your liking

sign place on the circle

 

c/p your tube place between the 2 small circles

badge resize35% place on the left side at the top

gun resize35%,mirror, rotate right 25 degrees, place with the badge

bullets resize35% sharpen, with the gun

bullet holes resize35% place on the right side at the top

  

open cuffs resize35% place with the bullet holes
 

lines resize35% place on the right side of the right circle

  lips resize35% place on the left side of the lines

liquor bottles resize35% place on the left side of the lines 

 

gate2 place on the left side at the bottom

 

police car mirror place on the right side at the bottom

 

 coffee resize25% place at the bottom on the left side in front of the gate on the left of it

donuts resize25% place with the coffee

police line resize45% place to the right of the coffee and donuts

sparkles place on your tube to your liking

stars spiral place at the top on the left side send to bottom, duplicate, mirror

Merge visible

Add name or saying of choice

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
